  I’m not an expert and I can’t compare Elev8 Wellness to anything similar. I am more of a YMCA kind of person who exercises socially with friends. (I like entertaining physical activity.) I heard about Elev8 Wellness from a colleague whom I had witnessed make an incredible physical transformation a few years post pregnancy. IMPRESSIVE. (yes, I am yelling). I asked her about it and she told me about Jonathan. So I signed up. I was ready. I was stuck and to the point where I was unable to do the activities I enjoy. And getting increasingly uncomfortable. I felt weaker than I had ever felt in my life. But I…just…couldn’t…motivate…myself. Well, I feel strong again. In 4 months, I can do things I would never have guessed I could do. I do drills and sit on walls and lift the weights and try to breathe at the right times. It makes a difference. Jonathan is very responsive. I say, “hey, this hurts when I do that” and he says, “let’s try this” and it works. It always works. That’s nice. I appreciate the personal attention, the well-rounded feedback, not selling me on stuff I don’t want, but making me feel like I have it in me and it’s just a matter of setting my mind to it when I am ready. Plus, it’s enjoyable. I don’t feel intimidated, and this might be a situation I would normally find intimidating. Jonathan meets you where you are, listens and helps. That’s what I need. Nice guy running a nice business. Very well rounded. Worth it. If you are thinking about it, if you kind of know you need it, go have a chat with him. Easier than you’d think.
